The testicles (male gonads), are where sperm and male hormones are created. Millions of sperm are produced day-to-day in numerous hundred seminiferous tubules. Cells called the Leydig cells lie involving the tubules; these make hormones known as androgens; these consist of testosterone and inhibin.
